Life moves fast doesn't it? Everyday there is so much to fit in. But do you ever stop and think, What's the point of it all? Do you ever ask yourself, is there more to life than this? Why am I here? What's my purpose? Where am I heading?

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring life, faith and meaning. It is a space to explore the big questions, to say what you think and hear other people's points of view.

Each talk explores a different aspect of the Christian faith, like Why did Jesus die? Or How does God guide us? The aim of the talk is to spark conversation. Each week we unpack a different question. There's no obligation to say anything and there's nothing you can't say! It's an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment.
 
So, why not try it out?
Starting September 8, Alpha meets each Sunday from 5:30-7:30pm in the Parlor at Brandon First Methodist Church, ending November 10. Bring a friend and explore life’s biggest questions together.

Each Alpha session begins with good (free) food and hanging out with your new friends.

Afterward, we watch a short video, designed to spark questions about life, faith, and Jesus

The best part of Alpha is the chance to hear from others and share your perspective. You can talk about anything you want, or say nothing at all.
