Role & Responsibilities:
•Create engaging, biblical, and age-appropriate environments for children’s ministry, ensuring a welcoming and transformative experience for kids and their families.
•Lead and oversee all aspects of children’s ministry (birth–5th grade) in collaboration with the family ministry team, including Sunday mornings, midweek gatherings, and special events.
•Recruit, train, and empower volunteers, equipping them to serve effectively while fostering a culture of leadership development.
•Develop and implement a family-centered ministry strategy that equips and supports the parent(s) to be their child’s primary discipleship leader.
•Foster an outwardly focused, mission-minded approach that deeply engages new kids and families who attend our church.
•Oversee curriculum, policies, and safety procedures to align with the church’s vision and mission.

Qualifications & Experience:
•A bachelor’s degree. Within a relevant field (education, ministry, etc.) is preferred.
•Minimum two years of experience leading in a ministry context (paid or volunteer); references required.
•A commitment to personal and professional growth, with openness to training or coaching as needed.
